Festival & Event FAQ's...
We have always encouraged our festival attendees to bring small amounts of food and beverages to our outdoor events while enjoying the evening and the music. It is part of what makes our festival experience really unique. However, please limit the size of your coolers and the amount of food items you bring to the festival. We highly encourage you to patronize the great vendors/food trucks on site. They are there for YOU!
Q. This is my first time attending one of your events. What may I bring?
A. At our outdoor events, please remember to bring your own raincoats, hats, seating/blankets, candles/lighting for after dark, sunglasses/sunscreen, binoculars, insect repellent, etc.
Q. May I bring a cooler?
A. Yes, small coolers are allowed at our outdoor festivals. Large coolers are NOT allowed. If you have a large cooler, an event staff member may ask you to return it your vehicle.
Q. May I buy food at the outdoor festivals?
A. Absolutely, local vendors/food trucks will be on site providing a wide variety of great eats for our guests.
Q. May I bring a picnic lunch?
A. Yes, but remember our vendors/food trucks on site to serve the needs of our guests and add quality to the event.
Q. Is there VIP or reserved seating?
A. Yes, we offer a VERY limited number of tickets for our VIP Experience available for sale in advance and online only. These ticket packages are available on a “first come – first served” basis and we roughly offer 100 or so per event.
Q. Is there seating available?
A. Yes & No. Guests are encouraged to bring portable chairs and blankets for your comfort while enjoying the music at our outdoor festivals & events. Our indoor events are general admission and offer seating.
Q. Is handicapped seating available?
A. Yes, volunteers will be on hand at the Information Table/Will Call for individuals needing assistance.
Q. What if it rains at an outdoor event?
A. Our festivals are "Rain or Shine." Unless really severe weather presents a danger to the artists or our guests, every act that can perform, will perform. There are NO refunds for inclimate weather.
Q. May I bring an umbrella, tent or canopy to block the sun?
A. Yes, we do allow umbrellas to block the elements (sun, heat, rain.) However, when the artists go on stage for their performance, all umbrellas MUST come down for the duration of that performance so that each person can see the stage.
Q. Is there a discount ticket price for children?
A. All children age 10 and under are admitted FREE accompanied by a paid adult.
Q. Are credit/debit cards accepted at the festival?
A. Yes, tickets may be purchased with cash or credit/debit cards in advance or on the day of the event. Most vendor purchases are CASH ONLY on the day of the show.
Q. Where do I park?
A. All of our event venus offer on-site parking..
Q. Are pass outs allowed?
A. Yes, but if you have to leave (i.e. to go retrieve something from your vehicle) and re-enter our event, please make sure you get your hand stamped and/or an armband. If not, you WILL NOT be allowed back in the event without purchasing an additional ticket.
Q. What time can we enter a venue to get ready for the music?
A. Typically gates open one to two hours before show time.
Q. Are pets allowed?
A. Yes & No. Each venue has a different policy regarding pets. So, even if the venue has a "no pets" policy, we always allow service animals.
